San Dimas Aquatics (SDA) is a fast-growing, competitive swim program in Southern California. We provide a positive, fun, and challenging training environment for athletes of all levels, with a strong focus on performance, teamwork, and character development.

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic Senior Development Coach to lead advancing swimmers ages 13–18 who are progressing from age group into senior-level training and competition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rising program and help shape its culture at a pivotal stage of athlete development.

Hours
12.5–16 / week
depending on meet schedule

Meets
Regular weekend meets throughout the season

Compensation
Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities
• Plan and lead practices for senior development athletes
• Refine advanced stroke technique, race strategy, and training habits
• Foster a positive, motivating, and competitive team environment
• Support athletes at meets and team events
• Collaborate with coaching staff to align training and support athletes’ transition from age group to senior-level performance.

Preferred Qualifications
• Current USA Swimming Coach Certifications (may be completed once hired)
• Experience coaching senior-level or advanced age-group swimmers
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated team player
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
• Passion for developing swimmers of all ages
• Knowledge of current technique and training methods
